Many of you were kind enough to submit the first page of your screenplay for public critique here on this blog. You have my gratitude. The critiques will happen. Right now I’m pushing to get my current screenplay finished, and as I’m sure you will all understand, most other priorities have been set aside for the moment.
It never fails. I get a couple weeks vacation, all my creative energy returns, and not only do I gain tremendous momentum on whatever I happen to be writing at the time, but I start thinking I can take on many other projects as well.
Then vacation ends and reality hits me square in the gut.
So, for your patience I am deeply grateful. And I hope one day to be able to do an open ten week course in screenwriting as well. But at the moment I must divide my time between completing my screenplay and keeping my unfortunately necessary day job.
Oh, and the first page will be a little something from Todd Gordon, aka Moviequill.
Looking forward to whatever you do. I’d rather see you complete a great script of your own than dissect ours. Thanks for the update.
